Our Privacy Policy

Any information given to us from our client via our consent forms are kept as a hard copy in a secure & locked cabinet located in our premises, we do not store any client information online.

Details such as names, addresses, phone numbers, age and any medical conditions are not used for marketing purposes or passed onto any third parties.

On our consent forms there is a declaration which states the following -

"I understand that any information I have given on my consent form is stored securely on the premises of Purple Rose Tattoo as a hard copy and will not be stored online or electronically. My information (data) will not be used by Purple Rose Tattoo for any marketing purposes or sold onto any third parties"

By signing our consent form our clients acknowledge that we are compliant with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Any electronic (email) information, such as contact details, sent to Purple Rose Tattoo will only be used to get in contact regarding appointments, past or future.
